A very enjoyable stay in a lovely area, excellent accommodation. We are already thinking of returning.

We really enjoyed staying here. The location was very quiet and peaceful and it was great to be able to see the stars at night as there was little light pollution. The cottage was very warm, cosy and comfortable. Would happily book here again.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at Sunnyside Lodge! The Barn, turned into a warm, cosy house, was immaculate, and the thoughtful, small gesture of turning on the lights to welcome us made us feel right at home.

We had a fantastic stay, the accommodation was perfect, with all home comforts, ample parking, cosy and clean. Our children had a lovely time, making friends and being in the countryside. We look forward to returning soon.

We had a great stay. All the cottages are connected in a little courtyard. Plenty of parking and lots of amenities. Not far from Stiffkey, Wells and Holkham beach. A car is a must but you can hire bikes right next door.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Lodge. The accommodation was ideal for our stay with our grandson, being all on one level, open plan and with easy access to the garden. The surrounding area was peaceful. Thanks for a great stay!

The barn was very comfortable, safe and had everything we needed. Very close to Wells-next-the-Sea and surrounded by loads of great pubs. There was also a children's play area up the road which was an extra bonus!

Spacious and clean accommodation in a very peaceful area. The outside area with table and chairs was relaxing and private both morning and evening. Easy access to Wells, Holkham and Binham. We really enjoyed our stay.

We found the house to be extremely well-equipped. The layout was perfect for our two families. It felt like home and was very comfortable. Great location for Wells-next-the-Sea, Holkham Hall and Beach.

Comfortable lodge in an out of the way location, great for a quiet break and dark starry nights. Comfortable bed and good quality towels provided.

Second time of staying in this property and it didn't disappoint. We are a party of 10 and these cottages are perfect. It's spacious, comfortable very well stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils, towels and bedding and also an added bonus of a bottle of Prosecco!! Would 100% recommend this place.

A nice, simple property which is a good base for exploring north Norfolk. A good ground floor space for a family with young children.

This was a fantastic find and absolutely perfect for our party of two families of 5 each. Very spacious, totally equipped with everything you'd need and because it was two cottages in one it was perfect to have the two kitchens and living rooms. We would definitely recommend and most likely return.
