The Lodges

Nutwood Lodges are three self-catering properties nestled on a quiet country lane between Binham and Wighton, just a few minutes from the bustling seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea.

Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (now known as National Landscapes), the lodges enjoy a peaceful location surrounded by open views, big skies and unspoilt countryside.

Sunnyside

Sunnyside Lodge has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room and views over the garden.

Sunrise

Sunrise Lodge has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and can accommodate up to 5 guests. It shares a connecting door with Sunnyside, ideal for large groups holidaying together.

Sunset

Sunset Lodge has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and can accommodate up to 3 guests. Perfect for a couple or small family, it has a new private patio area with bistro table & chairs.

Outside

The three lodges share a lawned garden with tables & chairs for each property, perfect for outdoor dining in the summer months. The large gravel car park provides two parking spaces per lodge.

You may decide to leave the car and explore the area by bike. We run a cycle hire business ‘On Yer Bike Norfolk Cycle Hire’ next door, so grab a helmet and a map, pack a picnic and off you go!

Cycle Hire

Our cycle hire business On Yer Bike is located right next door, has adult and child bikes, e-bikes, tandems, trailers, dog trailers and route maps. We’ve got them all!

The Garden

The shared garden is lawned, ideal for small children and the perfect place to meet your neighbours and make new friends. There is a partition for those who prefer more privacy.

Local Area

We are surrounded by some of the prettiest villages in North Norfolk. Whether on foot, by bike or by car, explore them at your leisure and discover everything they have to offer.

Caravans

We also run a caravan and motorhome certificated location a quiet, spacious lawned field with electric hook up WiFi and wide ranging countryside views. Two dogs per caravan are permitted.

Good To Know

Ideal for holidaying with family and friends, all three lodges can be booked together. Sunnyside and Sunrise share a soundproofed connecting door, convenient for large groups and families.

All ground floor accommodation, each lodge has a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, a Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine and under-floor central heating. There is ample off-street parking.

We run a working farm nearby due to bio security dogs are not permitted.
